“I was here for a conference and had a lovely stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming and accommodating, and coming back to a spotless, comfortable room after a long day of meetings was wonderful. The restaurants are all solid, but the real MVP was the Three Bridges Bar & Grill—the mango mojitos are exceptional. I also want to give a shoutout to Esmeralda from the night shift maintenance crew. She was incredibly kind and had a great sense of humor that completely brightened my evening. Great service, excellent drinks, and wonderful people like Esmeralda made my business trip feel like a genuine vacation. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great visit at Coronado. We stayed in Casitas 2 which was the best bang for your buck option at the time of booking. There was plenty of parking directly in front of our building and accessing it was pretty convenient after we figured out we just hit a left vs heading through the front of the building. There was a nice gym and smaller pool right outside our room which was awesome. The dig site and lobby are all pretty far from our room, but the walking paths and bridges you can take make it all accesible. We only ate from the grab and go shops but there were plenty of food options near the Mercado. Seems like everything shuts down at or around 11, but there is a McDonalds around 5 minutes from this resort which is nice. One of my two gripes were the rooms clearly need some updates as they are starting to show age, specifically the bathroom areas. We had minor issues which were addressed during our stay. Our mini fridge was clearly not working and maintenance quickly came to fix the issue after alerting the front desk. They didn’t seem too happy when I called and was met with some resistance, but they eventually understood my concern. Second was a few creepy crawlers found their way into the room, not sure from where but didn’t bother me given the amount of rain and humidity we experience. I’d stay again, but probably would try and catch the tower rooms.”

“Great resort it’s huge! We stayed in the cabanas and it was kind of in the middle of everything. Really enjoyed their pool and hammocks while we stayed. Team member Ana I believe was her name was excellent after dealing with an emergency. Billy from food and beverage was awesome! Thank you for saving our trip and making it better”

“The hotel was beautiful. Room cleaning was sporadic and not very thorough. The room was mostly beautiful, just a few spots where the walls were scuffed or the trim wasn’t quite right. Shower was great, as were provided toiletries. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time, which was disappointing, but we did end up getting a great view of the MK fireworks. We were a little disappointed about the lack of variety for food - kids meals were the same in the quick service daily, so look at the menus before you decide on a meal plan. Buses were great and we rarely had to wait long. We had a great time, but may consider a different WD resort when we return because other than the pool area, there was not a lot for kids to feel comfortable.”

“Most recently stayed Club Level in the Gran Destino Tower, this past week. The staff was fantastic. Great food-even outside of Club Level. Front desk staff, mouse keeping, stores, and club staff were all very helpful and kind. Club level staff really interacted with every guest so nicely. Lots of attention to detail. For the rest of the resort-I haven’t stayed in those rooms for years but walking the hotel property, and friends who have stayed here this week-it seems like they are nice tool. The property is very large. There are buses available to parks. 4 for location/rooms since to me there are better themed rooms, and better locations on other properties but nonetheless we really enjoyed our stay.”

“We recently stayed at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in one of the casitas, and it was an easy walk to the bus stop for the shuttles to the parks, which made transportation very convenient. The property is clean, well maintained, and the rooms felt updated, fresh, and spotless. One of my favorite features was the Mayan temple at the pool — it’s such a fun and unique focal point. I also loved the restaurant located in the middle of the water. Both features really made the resort feel special and different from anywhere else we’ve stayed. Another huge plus: our room was incredibly quiet. We couldn’t hear anyone around us at all, which made it very relaxing after long park days. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to our experience at the gate upon arrival. It was our first time staying at a Disney resort, and we weren’t familiar with where to go, so we stopped for guidance. Unfortunately, the security guard working at the time was extremely and unnecessarily rude and not at all helpful. Once we were finally able to get directions from him, he actually sent us in the wrong direction to our room, which made an already confusing arrival even more frustrating. It wasn’t the welcoming first impression we were expecting. Aside from that interaction, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.”
